If you are using Jed's 2.5 branch, then this change will now add
wxPythonSrc-2.5.1.5 as a build dependency for Chandler; doing
a hardhat -B in osaf/chandler/Chandler will now build wx2.5 (assuming
you have also done a checkout of wxPythonSrc-2.5.1.5). Currently
this only works on OSX, as the Linux and Windows wx2.5 hardhat
integrations are still in progress.

Updated Chandler to use new wx.DC methods.
