made it so you can change who you are logged in as when you change your identity preferences, by making it log you out if necessary when you change them. Also, made things more robust by not calling Login in the init method, but calling it explicitly after; that way things are set up better if login fails.

fixed crashes in Sidebar.SetUriColor and Seibar.SetUriBold where they passed the wrong numbe of parameters to their transient counterparts. Also cleaned up erroneous comments.
Made roster package set the link's color to reflect it's presence state.

Fixed bug where right clicking in the sideBar caused acrash.

support for RAP usage hack in FileStorage, which only does something
when you put a file named "_rap_.txt" in the repository directory,
and only when you also build net/rap so the rap module is defined.
If you also put a file named "_echo_.txt" in the same directory
(where the repositor lives), the stdout printing shows progress.

added menu item for overlaying remote and local items in the calendar, made it persistent, fixed how calendar gets its menu so free/busy checkbox works to, added logic to implement the overlay. So overlaying is working now. Also, bumped application version since i changed a persistent object.

Removed obsolete file (ActionsBar.py).
