Fix Bug 11038: Feature request: a UI affordance for selecting the starting day of the week
- Add a --weekstart command-line option, which stores your preferred start
day of the week in chandler.prefs.
- In osaf.framework.blocks.calendar.CalendarUtility, update the
GregorianCalendarInstance global to respect the above option.
- Add a menu to specify the above value from the UI. Add an event
(osaf.views.main.event.WeekStartChanged) that is
broadcast when you change the week start. Update the various calendar
components to handle the broadcast event by redoing their layout. |

Fix Bug 12114 (Pressing F2 crashes Chandler)
- I've moved the scripts installed under osaf.app into the debug plugin.
- Also, since there may be occasions where we advise people to install the debug plugin, I've bound the scripts to Shift+F<key> instead, to minimize "accidents" where a script invokes a print statement and triggers the feedback dialog.
- I also removed the --testScripts option, as it was no longer being used anywhere. |

- Fix a bug where "Dont' check automatically" wasn't being remembered across

- Add an opaque client ID that we send in the X-OSAF-Client-ID header when
checking for updates (to get a measure of unique desktop instances).
