6553 Improved fix for some bugs in the Title of the Detail View
* Rework of revision 6436 which had to be rolled back:
Fields like Title and Location are Edit-in-place fields - they sometimes look static but are editable text.
This new implementation creates a Type-over-text widget that encapuslates this behavior.
Instead of switching widgets at the AEBlock level the TypeOverText widget always contains
both editable and static text and simply displays the appropriate one.
* Fixes bug 3176 - Chandler crashes if you switch apps while editing the headline (PC debug)
* Should fix 3304 - Dragging from Title cuases Chandler to lock up (Linux)
* Should fix 3623 - Assert leaving Title field on GTK
* Helps with bug 2514 - Tabbing in fields of the Detail View. Now you can tab in/out of Title field.
